Who is eligible to apply for a ZFS loan?
Any South African citizen, aged 21–60, permanently employed for at least 6 months, and have a valid SA ID and bank account.
What documents are required to apply?
A valid RSA ID book/card, latest payslips, 3 months’ bank statements and proof of address.
Can I use electronic payslips and bank statements?
Yes, electronic payslips and bank statements are accepted, provided the bank statement shows your name/initials, surname, and current address.
How long does it take to receive the loan funds?
Once the loan is approved and the loan agreement is signed, funds are typically transferred to your bank account within 24 hours.
Can I apply for another loan if I have an existing ZFS loan?
Yes, you can apply for a second loan. Our consultants will conduct credit checks and assess affordability to ensure you qualify.
Is credit protection insurance included?
Yes, credit protection insurance is included, covering death, permanent disability, and retrenchment during the loan term. Contact our head office for details.
How can I get a loan statement or settlement letter?
Contact our head office or visit a ZFS branch. For a settlement letter, drop us a young email at info@zeboleke.co.za and it will be provided within 24 – 72 hours.
What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity?
