Language Policy

  • Introduction
    1. This document sets out the language policy for Zeboleke Finance Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration number: 2015/384967/07), a registered credit provider (NCRCP8531) as required in terms of Section 63 of the National Credit Act, 34 of 2005 (the Act).
    2. From here onwards, Zeboleke Finance Solution (Pty) Ltd shall be referred to as “Zeboleke” or “Zeboleke Finance” or “ZFS”.
  • Policy
    1. Zeboleke’s business and operational languages are IsiZulu and English.
    2. Zeboleke will provide new pre-agreement statements, quotations, cost of credit, credit agreements and enforcement notices in one of the following 2 (two) languages:
      • English
      • IsiZulu
    3. Insofar as any documents are required in terms of the Act, Zeboleke will provide such documents in English.  A client may request such document in IsiZulu should they prefer.
    4. Zeboleke’s advertising and marketing material will be published in either English or IsiZulu. The products and adverts on Zeboleke’s website will be available in English only.
    5. Whilst Zeboleke does not operate a call centre, any phone to our office or any of our staff members, assistance will be provided in either English or IsiZulu.
